NETAMBIT INSURANCE BROKING IN
Provided Misleading Information to book a policy of 'TATA-AIG'

Hi,

In the month of December I received some frequent calls from a company called 'NETAMBIT INSURANCE BROKING IN' to invest in a insurance policy of 'TATA-AIG’, after lots of conversation I agreed to take a policy called 'MAHA LIFE GOLD’ (premium 20, 000 Yearly - Taken as a part of two policy 10K yearly each) from them and I booked the same. Everything was fine and fair till this.

Now after this policy was booked I received a call from 'NETAMBIT' that some bonus of 20, 000 Rs is released for my policy. I asked them that how this possible that so early that much bonus is given to the policy holder, then I got the response that it’s their policy to provide bonus either at 1 year of the policy or after the maturity and as this was first year of my policy it is provided to me. But the issue came when they said that I will have to provide a check of 12, 500 Rs to release this fund for documentation purpose.

I submit a check of 12, 500 Rs, dated 5th Feb (Check Number: 030566) payable to 'TATA AIG Life Insurance Co.' which is cleared from my account now. I didn't get any response from that company 'NETAMBIT' again and when I checked with the main TATA-AIG company I found that one more policy is booked under my name having yearly premium of 12, 500 Rs. So in short they booked a new policy by providing me false information.

I want a strict action against them as it gave me lots of mental harassment to me.
