Invalid transaction of net safe creation

This complaint is regarding transaction from my account number. The transaction of Rs 10, 000 has been made on 29 July (POS 421440510383785 NET SAFE PURCHASE) having Ref Number 2892257.

I want to make it clear that I have not made any such transaction from my account. Still the money has been deducted so I want my money back into my account and please check how these kind of things ever happen without using my password.

I also want to complain about unavailability of customer care support for these type of issues. It really makes life tough.
