Cheated by deale

3 years back, we approached a bank & vehicle dealer to buy a tractor. Bank was agreed to give us finance and they gave that quoted amount to dealer, but we never took delivery of the vehicle, for this we mortgaged our property. Till now we didn’t pay any EMI cause we didn’t receive vehicle. Later, bank was deducted our fixed deposited 50, 000/- amount. Many times we had a discussion with dealer to pay the cheated amount in the presence of bank manager; he agreed to pay but didn’t pay anything. Many times he signed on many bonds but he dint stand on his words. Now he was closed his showroom and doing another business. Could you please give me your valuable suggestions on this issue and let me know whose mistake is involved in this… means from my side or bank side. Thanks advance.
