Cash not Withdrawn from ATM but debited from Account

I have Punjab National Bank Account 3701000102198763. and On 12 march I was in Ajmer (Rajasthan) and need to withdraw cash of 10000/-. for this I used Indian bank ATM located near Hathi Batta Power House. After completing all the formalities to withdraw cash, ATM machine ejected 10000/- but notes were tightly hold in ATM machine that i can only withdraw 5 notes of Rupees 100/- (500/-) and remaining amount move back into ATM machine after 30 sec. At that time i suppose the money will credit to my account after month end, but today i have check nothing is there in my account, I was searching compliant center at Indian Bank web site. but no link available there to make such compliant.

So can anybody help me, where i have to contact for this.
