Hello sirmam,

i am NISCHAY GARG .

i have an account in obc bank kheri sampla branch district rohtak hryana ..ac no 12262191009773, . want to register a complaint toward the misbehaviour that is conducted by the clerical staff to the customers..

they behave in an nasty and an arogant way that they are not supposed to...

it was 26-4 i went to bank to get a demand draft of my COLLEGE FEES is...

that day the manager mr Sikka . tell me that it wont be possiple today, as mr Sharma is not present

wh signs drafts, i said ok and said i wil com 2mrw..

on next mr sharma was dere and manger was on leave...

the whole clerical staff start misbehaving as i m a thief...

the guy in kurta paijama in the staff try to abuse also...

and said 'main kya kya banunga, maine theka le rakha hai kya.."

then i talk on phone to MR., MANAGER he tell e if u want ur demand draft then come to my home

that is rohtak 26km away from my home...

sirmam please take a action toward this pathetic and rude behaviour that is being conducted...

its nt my only problem . bt m the one 2 take initaitive...

pls help us to get rid off this staff..

else to cancel our accounts from the bank
