Immediate de-activation of India God Service

In BSNL Telephone bill dated 09-01-11, I have seen that an amount of Rs.200 is debited on account of India God Charges - Nov. 10. I am really shocked that I never applied or activated this service at any point or time and how can you directly charge for a service which I never used or availed.

You are requested to kindly de-activate the service and instruction BSNL to reverse the amount immediately and failing which, I will be constrained to approach Consumer Form for anti-consumer activities.

An immediate action is solicited.
