Activation of mobile games
Instead of repeated calls still not being removed and i am still being charged

I was surfing the internet and by mistake a link got clicked.so i got charged 5 rupees for that and so i immediately called the customer care number to deactivate that services... and the advisor who i spoke to sd that he has deactivated the services... and assured me regarding that... and advised that i will receive amessage confirming that within 4 hours time... i waited for the next day nothing happened... then i again called the customer care number 198... advisor advised me to go to number 155223 to deactivate the services... so i called that number and the voice message sd that i dont have any services activated... so i again called 198 and the next advisor told me that he will now cancel the services as that was still active and i to wait for atleast 1 hours time to recive a message to cinfirm that... but still nothing happened... now in the meanwhile i had received a message stating that i will again be charged 5 rupees... and that will automatically get activated... now i am being charged 5 rupees and when i called teh customer care number 198... advisor told em that the systems are down and i need to arrange a callbacj after 4.00 am... please help me what should i do... to get the services removed...
