non refund of money Rs. 5000/-

when i asked about friendship culb, they told u have to get registered by paying Rs. 3000 /- only no other extra pay. i did the say by depositing Rs. 3000 after 15 mins they told me to deposit rs. 2000 / vehicle charges even i deposited the same. after did the same by depositing rs. -. after this they demand rs. 5000 /- as to deposit again Rs. 5000/- again. so i told them that i can't pay any more. then assured me they will repay my amout Rs. 5000/-. this was happened one month back till today they didn't paid.

I don't know thier address i have only the person name and his account no. and cell no of his office.
