Money has not returned by debit card swap/failed attempt

I bought the new mobile Nokia 5130 Xpress music on 20/06 bill no:3340 at POORVIKAMOBILE Pvt. Ltd, pandit jawaharlal nehru salai, VILLUPURAM near Raja vilas hotel in my name S.SURESH, during my purchase i used my debit card for swap as mode of payment.they swapped twice by using my SBI debit card twice but they told access denied both the times.so i bought the mobile against cash payment. after that when i check in to my account both the times amount has been debited of Rs.1450 each time.when i enquired about that in person, they kept me in a long time waiting and behaved very rudly and finally told to enquire at my bank itself. so take necessary steps to refund my cash within 3 days of this complaint. unless otherwise a complaint at the consumer court will be filed and legal action will be taken.
