Nokia bh217
Very low hearing

Dear sir,

I bought a nokia BH217 headset on 05/01 from Gulf mobiles, kottayam, kerala. My complaint is that it has a very low hearing capacity. When a phone call comes in it has hearing capacity when it proceeds the hearing capacity goes down and it becomes very difficult to listen while driving. Last one month back i gave it to nokia care in kottayam for service, they gave me a new one but still it goes with the same complaints.

If you can help me out, Pl do the needfull.
