Unwanted Messages relating to Life Tools

I have already lodged the complaint and I have been replied by your Executive Maharishi Sharma, but the reply is vogue. He has not understood my problem in real sense. If he had furnished his cell phone number, I could have contacted him over mobile and described my problem exactly. He has understood that I wanted to deactivate Life Tools Messaging Services. In fact, I have never subscribed for Life Tools Messaging Services nor ever activated this tool provided in mobile phone instrument and yet I am receiving paid messages.
