Missing Mobile in bus

Dear Sir,

On April 12 on journey in bus my mobile was theft, the same thing informed in police station and complained about that.the police department has issued me the letter.so i Want to Claim the insurance.please to the need full. I am enclosing & send original police department letter, original bill, original Sim Block receipt
