Details of complaint: I would to draw your kind attention on the subject matter of issue of
Debit card.
On 10-Feb-10 i had intimated customer care that my card was misplced
and request for aduplicate debit card. On 20-Feb-10 when i enquired
with customer cre they informed that there is no serivice request.
Furhter they informed me that sevice request is taken for Blocking of
Debit Card. On 24-Feb-10 agin i enquired with cusomter care they
informed to the Card is blocked.
Again 26-Feb-10 I sent and a request through internet. Details are

>From 02-Mar-10 to 08-Mar-10 i have been contacting the customer care
the reply I received that it will be sent.
On 09-Mar-10 to my surprise whni i contacted the cusotmer care they
infoemd me that there is problem and they registered a new serivce
request. They informed me that the Debit Card will be sent within 3
days. on 10th march;10 when i agin contacted the customer care the manger assured me that the Debit Card will be sent within 1 day.
I have been mad to suffer for no fault of mine.
My father is suffering from Cancer and i need the Debit Card
immediately to use for hospital purpose.
Please see that the DEBIT CARD IS DESPACTHED TO MU ADDRESS BY TODAY WITHOU FAIL.
