NON REFUNDABLE OF PREMIUM

I have taken a SBI Insurance Sudarsan Policy (No. 0602398307). I have paid 2 yearly premium (ie. Rs.13200/-).

I am a retired employee. I am badly inneed of money for my son's education, so, I have surrender my Policy by

sending prescribed form alongwith Original Policy and address proof and other required papers for settlement. I sent the Policy to

SBI Insurance (20, Pycrofts Garden Road, Nungambakkam, Chennai 600 034, Tamilnadu). They sent back

the form WITHOUT ORIGINAL POLICY and stating that I am not eligible to receive my subscription amount and

quoting that the rule is minimum 3 consecutive installment has not been paid so I am not eligible to get back my own

money. This fact the agent didn't tell when I take the Policy, moreover when I went for a loan the concern agent

forced me to take this Policy (this type of bitter experience had many of my colleagues when they went for their loan).
