TA Agency is worthless process

To all who would like to join Northern Trust - let me tell you dear friends that Northern Trust is a great company but certain processes suck, one of them is Transfer agency or TA, this is process the partners are made to work for hours together and there is no recognition, promotion is based your relationship with your managers.

The managers simple suck, yuck they do not know anything about the process and they are leading the team like their house hold. The team leaders have no common sense, and will make you work even if you are sick, they only only care for their hike and bonus not for there for the team, I hate the feedback given by team leaders everytime it is the same story..you are doing good job, and you are taking good intiatives but then there is no promotion or recognition, getting promoted to senior analyst even after all the hardwork is no assurance. If you are Christians, you have a better chance of getting promoted.

We have brought this several time to Hr manager and also wrote emails to complaince manager - but they do not bother, so i quit Northern Trust and I am working with another MNC organization as Sr Associate. My request is join Northern Trust but never join Transfer Agency in Northern trust as a Analyst, you have no future for you.
