Not sending renewd card

I am daya shanker tiwari my card number is 4196 0749 4497 3529 my card expied on 5/ 12 and i have also made the full payment still every time i call to coustemer care they ask all my details which i tell them correctly still no action has been taken ok kindly ask then to issue me a new card as soon as possible
