Cheque

I am a NRE account holder of CITI bank, I issued a cheque for Rs: 8 lacs and I have enough balance in my account, signature on the cheque is absolutly perfect but still they dishounourd my cheque saying that signature missmatch. When I called in call center, they just say sorry we appologise, thats it I feel CITI bank is good in selling there product (like car loan, home loan, credit cards ect. )

All the citi bank employees are keen of insentive, and for customer (go to hell)

I want to launch this complain in RBI, can any one help me for this.
