Irresponsible behaviour from copmany side

I have submitted pan application on a date near around 30-08 but i got acknowledgement receipt for 08-09.but till 10-10 i have not got any confirmation so made a call to the concrened branch they told me to wait but after a wait of few more days i found that the docket of dated 08-09 was missed due to their mistake..then i submitted re application with same acknowledgement number but again the same problme..

i am a CA and lot of income tax work along with bank work is pendind and at the same time i cant go to te client each and ever time by saying that your docket is lost again... please look the matter and take a strict action,
