Escheduling for NSDL-Depository Operations Module not yet processed

Dear

i had registered for NSDL Module exam, details of which are as below

Please note down your enrollment details :

NCFM Id: NCFM-00000616475

Module Name: NSDL-Depository Operations Module

Module Language: ENGLISH

Test Date : 07-Aug

Test time : 09:30-10:45

Test Center: Pune - NSEiT

When i reached the centr on the fixed date, i was informed that the NCFM Servers are down and that we should wait.

i Waited til 11:00 am and when the server did not started - the authorities at the center gave me an option that if i wish to leave i can and the exam will be rescheduled and a mail about the next dates will be sent to me.

But its almost nine months and i have not received any intimation about the resceduling of the exam for me till now.

Kindly look into the matter.
