Pan card not deliverd

I did not get my PAN card yet that is despatched on 16-07

Respected sir,

I ARFPJ8841G have applied for PAN card on 05-07, and my acknowledgment number is 020410100190410. After some days when i search status of my PAN card, i could see that my PAN card has been dispatched by First Flight Couriers Pvt. Ltd. vide airway bill no: ZB4017332 on 16-07, but i did not get it yet. And then i track airway number, i see that it had return back for non destination station. Now what can i do.

Sir, you please take necessary action.
