NSE IT-NCFM
The test was rescduled (pre poned) to a festive day on short notice

& This is regarding the NCFM test conducted by NSE and hence adding it under stock market &&&&--

I had enrolled for the Option Trading Strategy Module test to be scduled on 24th September at center PUNE (NCFM id : 0000679809). However due to some reason the test was rescduled by the NCFM team on 22 September from 6:30PM to 8:30 PM . I received this notification (viam sms and call) on 21 Setember 2010 at around 11:30 AM . Immedialtely I informed them it was not possibble for me to attend this test at the new scdule due to following reasons :

1) 22nd Sep 2010 is last day of Ganesh Utsav and is an all day affair coupled with mad rush of idol immersion, wild celebrations and vandalism thereby totally crippling the traffic and civic life of common people. So commutation is huge problem as the roads are blocked and procession is at its peak at evening (6:30 PM)

2) Had my preoccupied plans of Ganesh Chaturdashi with my family and these plans were made keeping the earlier date of 24th sep in mind

To highlight this issue I wrote a mail on 21st September ('ncfm@nse.co.in'; 'ncfmta@nse.co.in'). But didnt receive an response.

I wrote 3 other followup mail on the same day and yet it was turned blind eye. I tried contacting on theire helpdek number, but received no response.

Inspite of trying my best I couldnt give the test on the scduled day as no transpport was available at that time and also had family commitments

The next day I once again mailed them to give me a new date or to refund my fees . and I am still awaiting response
