REF: Car Loan No. 16497335

SUB: Prepayment of the Loan

We had taken a Car Loan above referred to buy the Car – WB-06DE-2854. Off late we had shut down all operations in our Company due to heavy losses. Owing to this Our Axis Bank Account is now under Debit Freeze. Hence no further ECS or Cheques shall be honoured by the Bank. We had reported the same by personally visiting Your Bank at Gillander House, N S Road, Kolkata on the 22nd June. We had further requested the Bank to help us clear the said loan. We had further requested to waive off all the charges so as to help us tide over our difficult times.

Sir, we have at all times proved our Bona Fide which can be verified from the successful execution of Your Loan Account No. 11934592. Today our Company is facing acute financial crisis due to closure of business. But still we have maintained the high standards of Creditworthiness by promptly reporting the matter to you. I Think we are worthy of being treated on the same footing and supported in our pursuit to clear off al dues to your Bank. Accordingly we had revisited the Bank on 2nd July with the Payment cheque of Rs.21- comprising of the Principal Outstanding and the up to date Interest as per your repayment schedule from our Directors’ personal accounts. But the same was refused and hence this letter. The Copy of that letter is attached for your reference

Sir, we once again take this opportunity to request your kind selves to support us in our difficult times and accept the said cheque. I will be leaving out of Kolkata on Friday 6th July for a new venture and want to clear off all liabilities before that. Your early action will highly be appreciated by us.
