I have availed home loan from your institution in above referred loan account. I am very much disgusted to write to you for the unethical and rude behavior of your collection agent (s) i.e. Mr. Giri and two other men. I was put to great hardship and had faced humiliation due the acts of the said agent at my home for the reasons of me questioning his authority and calling for his identity card to prove himself that he his acting on your directions.

I wish bring to your notice that the above said agent along with two other men had come to my residence on 03.07.2010 and used filthy and un-parliamentary words, when I questioned his authority. The said agent had gone to the extent of scandalizing me “go to death for not paying the debt in time, if it is not possible”. The said agent out of his anger threatened me that he shall take all his pains to see that my photo and name is published in news daily as a defaulter and thereby shall settle his scores with me.

I further state that the said agents had affixed bills on the walls of our houses premises, which was carrying messages, which are unauthorized and without any legal sanctity. The bills were carrying caution messages as to attachment of the house premises. It is pertinent to note that a renowned organization is not supposed affix or pass such messages which are patently illegal through persons, who are incapacitated to do such acts, which are in violations of the laws governing such attachment and recovery.

I state that all the above acts are defamatory against me amongst public, which is highly condemnable. I reserve all my right to initiative complaint for prosecution against the aforesaid agent for his acts amounting to slander and criminal intimidation, which are offences under the Indian Penal Code and shall further claim damages for loss of reputation among public.

I hope that your good self shall take all steps to curb such acts in future failing which I shall be constrained to initiate appropriate legal proceedings for remedy.
