Discontinue of no

I am having two Airtel connections in my name no. 9818748557 & 9717748557 under prepaid scheme. The no. 9717748557 is not used since June while the Advance Payment for the same was made in April for 2 years. Now payment for 9818748557 is called in billon 22/12 where in Rs999 Tax for advance rental for 2 years included. I request you to discontinue this no. as I have use the 9717748557 which is valid up to April & take payment of Rs112.93 (usage up to 19/12) plus usage up to date & advance rental from 11/12 to 11/1 for one month & not Rs999 Tax. The reason I explained is very simple as I had paid advance rental for 9717748557 up to April but not using (No Bill since June) then why to pay for 9818748557 which is again double payment & foolishness. Privilege in 9717748557 is Free 50 SMS per month & Rs0.50 per call (local).

I have one more no. 9818099774 in the name of Smt Renu Sardana (my wife).

Keeping in view the long association of my family with your co. & need based requirement. I hope you will consider my request & response me immediately how much to pay for 9818748557 if discontinue.

Usage bill from 11/12 to 10/1 and Tax
