CAR Insurance Policy not sent

I had taken a car insurance renewal for my WagonR from OPTIMA INSURANCE BROKERS more than a month ago in March and till date they had neither sent me a soft copy nor a hard copy EVEN AFTER REPEATED REQUESTS... when i called them they stopped picking my calls... finally when i got fed up after more than a month and warned them of Consumer Court lawsuit and that someone known to our family in a super high designation in a Government agency would take it on personally with them, that they immediately sent me a soft copy but still shrug responsibility for getting it from the insurance company... by saying that the insurance company sends it directly and they don't have authority to generate the policy... when right in the beginning i had asked them to send it to my home address as we are relocating from our current business area... they have not responded to that yet now...
