Debit money from account

I have saving a/c no.3200 in OBC, at NTPC, P.O. Vidyut Nagar, Distt. G.B.Nagar (UP). I take Rs. 14000/- on 27.2.2010 from OBC ATM at NTPC V. Nagar. Next day I came to know by the bank that Rs 38000/- has been withdrawn by me through ATM. While one time transaction has been done by me on 27.2.2010 in which I received only Rs. 14000/-. In the regard, a written complaint has been given to the bank. Thus extra Rs. 24000/-has deducted from my a/c. Till now Rs. 24000 have not been credited in my a/c. Please help me.
