not receiving the amount from the atm

Dear sir,

i am having a Saving account in the punjab national bank, and its ac/no. 1775 0004 0012 1510 by the name of Jai Bala Sharma. On date 8th September, i have used my atm card to debit the amount of rs10000 from Oriental Bank of Commerce, Gajraula atm, but i have not recieved the amount, and whose transaction number is 8861.

and i have also made complaint for this in punjab national bank in Industrial Area branch of Gajraula, and i have called to the customer care for this, for which they have given me the complaint number 3438 1962 Dated 9th Sept, but i have recieved no response from them, and they keep making me fool that i will recieve my money next week, but i have not recieved a single penny from them.

Till the date of today i.e. 13 Sepetmber, i have not recieved my money.

So its an kind and generous request to you that please take appropriate action against the bank, it will be great help from you.
