Mediclaim policy after accident

I have got an accident on 9th April. After that I was admitted to a nearby Hospital by 108 attendant and my friends. I had corporate mediclaim of Rs. 50000/- taken by my office. My office has claimed the amount of Rs. 2- with bills after 2 days of my discharge from hospital and given immediate call to the oriental insurance ltd., but after sometime, i got a letter of disapproval of my policy by saying that it was not reached to the company within 10 days of discharge.

After that I came to know that it was a mistake of a Lady sitting at the office and taking call.

Now what should I do??

Plz show me a way???
