This is to inform you that i have paid to oriental isurance compay for mediclaim policy but it is going to be over almost 1year i have not recv my policy & mediclaim card after complaing so many time no body want to listen my problem you know how important is this for anybody becz withot policy or card hospital are not ready to give treatment like this they are playing with the life of ther customer how could they done like this i m giveing you the name of there senior officer who done my policy & now when i need this he is not giveing ressponce
