Husband of complainant insured with Oriental Insurance Company, Divisional office No. 14, 80 FIE, Patpar Ganj, Industrial Area, Dehli vide policy nos. 271700/48/363 and 271700/48/365 woth of Rs. 250000 and Rs. 300000/- who died on 17-01 but claim repudiated due to limitation while intimation and all documents have been submitted to the concerned office on demand after due intimation at proper time.
