Hi,

I am the owner of Maruthi Alto Reg # KA 04 ME 6862 in Bangalore

I had my vehicle insurance renewed for year 12 from your agency,

My experience - very worst experience / wrong communications / delay in insurance delivery / assured gift not delivered from pratham motors Bangalore

My car insurance for the year 12 was due to be renewed on 12th of dec, I received a call & SMS from Pratham Motors reminding the due date of renewal of my insurance along with which they promised me a spot scratch card at the time of renewal (gift like IPOD / Digital Cam etc...)

Which I felt was worth it, My plane was to renew the insurance online but as the gifts were attractive I thought get it done through your agency

One of your Customer care personal got in touch with me in the month of October and collected the cash for policy & did not deliver the scratch card.

he said that it would be delivered along with the original policy & he mentioned the same on the receipt he handed over to me in October & for my bad luck after 10 to 15 calls to your agency I received my policy on December 22nd with out the scratch card again...

I suffered twice caught by the cops for not having car insurance since my insurance expired on 14th dec,

For your information till date I have not received the scratch card, when call to your customer care of Pratham Motors, I got to know that the offer is closed and they would send me a different offer to me which I will not except.

I feel I have been cheated

Please take necessary action on this & I have to get my right offer
