My complaint is against oriental insurance mediclaim policy its going to be over whole 1year but still i have not recv my mediclaim card & policy after coplaining again & again i m not geting any response from any of oriental employe no body want to listen no body giving any proper response you know how much impoartant is this becoz no hospital is ready to give treatment without policy or card pls help me out from this problem i m giveing you the name & no of dev officer who has done my policy pls contact with him & tell him to solve my problem asap.
