No reply from thrissur and new delhi office to my queries

I had taken an insurance policy with PACL on the insistance of an agent known to me.

date of commencement-28/01

I have paid paid Rs.1000 to the agent mr. Ganesh Agent code-1453504735 agency unit code 145071350 until dec. The receipts are with me. After that i fell ill and went to bangalore for treatment. The agent did not contact me after i came back to work although he knows where i stay. I have not made any furthur payments.i no longer work at crescent hospital but I still reside in the same house in alathur.

What do I do with this policy?

Do i loose the money I have paid so far?

What is the solution.

I do not have any phone nos of people in your thrissur office. I do not have the phone no of the agent Ganesh

considering going to consumer court
