Pan card
Non dilivery of Pan Card

I have applied three pan card before 10 days. Your company has these pan card for delivery bill No. 44427441435... Today the delivery man call me by phone for delivery these pan cards. I told him the proper address. He told me that i am coming with in 10 minuts. But till this time at about 7:00 pm he did not come. Actually he demanded Rs. 30/- for each pan card. Dear Sir, It is totally wrong. The delivery man will return these pan card with in one or two days and the card will come by speed post after 15 days or a month. I can not give the Bill No. of two pan Card but all of three pan card which was my own address :
