Printing error in pan card

I applied for my pan card. yesterday i.e. on 14/02 (monday) i recieved my pan card. however there is printing mistake in my pan card which i want to rectify. i filled up the application form correctly. even then there is printing mistake on pan card. there is mistake in my father's name. who is responsible for this mistake when i have filled up my form correctly and why should i pay the fees again for your mistake. kindly help me out and give me some satisfactory reply. my details are : -
