Cheque not realised from last one yea

Sir,

It is to inform you that my father is having a penson policy no. 460934771 Plan-097. The cheques sent you your Calcutta Office are not getting realised. from last year. The cheques are returned. I have talked with your Kolkata Office and they have said that there is a problem with SBI Bank and will soon be resolved. But now again my father has received 12 cheques for the year 10 of SBI. The returned cheques are still pending. Being a retired person he is facing sevier problems as the cheques are not getting realised. I request you to look into the matter at the earliest and do the needful.
