Problem with Online Premium Payment

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

I had paid the premium online for this year of the policy number 364257963. My bank account has been debited. But no online receipt for the payment of the premium was generated. The transaction details from my bank account:

Amount INR 1449

SBI Internet banking

I would request for the problem to be resolved as early as possible.
