Activatation of dial-tune

Dear Sir,

I regret to inform you that the dial-tune has been activated in my cell without my permission. I tried to lodge a complaint with your number 198 but every tine I call and the person attending the complaint telling that the complaint cannot be lodge as the system is out of order and advised me to call after 6 hours. The same reply I an getting whenever I tried to call at 198 number.

My cell numer is 8013167121. If I dont get any satisfactory reply within 24 hrs, I shall be bound to knock at the door of consumer court for which you will be sole responsible for that.
