Dear Sir/Mam

Iam following for the same for more than 4 months, still did'nt get any response from PF department . send them 3 reminder mail but no response.

Got revert from my previous employer Acit. C.Mehta alongwith submission form & said that you will receive amount till 17thApril.

But Still waiting.

Kindly Solvve the query & let me know the status of my

PF No.:- MH/37291/1020.
