How to get my PIN number again

Sir/Madam,

I have an ATM card but i did'nt use ever since the PNB give it to me, coz of some uncertain reason before, it's almost three years now i didnt use it.i did'nt put any money w/ this card so now i want to use it but i'm confused if this is still okey.

My big problem also is i forget my PIN Number, so how can i get my PIN number

recently i'm here still in UNITED ARAB EMIRATES i'm still working as OFW.
