Less receipt of amount through ATM

Rs 5000 was withdrawn from account No 10591498358 of SBI through ATM of Andhra Bank Lodhi Colony Offsite on 11.5.11 at 18.31 hrs - N1085001 - Record No 9270 but only Rs 4600/- was received - Rs 400 less. Rs 5, 000 was debited from my account. I approached SBI giving full details with request to refund Rs 400/-. But they advised me to contact you. So I request you to kind enough to credit Rs 400 to my account. Kindly do the needful.
