Dear sir

myself rajkumar singh. my a/c no 1494000100528721 add udwantnagar ara bhojpur bihar.i beg to state that i had lost my atm card after that i blocked it by colling costmer care and recived request no.and gone to branch office (station road arrah bihar) for reissuing atm but manager demanding FIR.
