Dear sir

Again i am under severe mental agony of the non dispensing of money from the PNB ATM this time at Gurukul Kangri Kankhal Branch at Haridwar and shown as debit from my account Rs.10000 as given below..

3 13/05 NFS/CASH WDL/13-05-11/21:30:41/0 DR INR 10, 000.00

A reputed Bank like Punjab National Bank not maintaining the ATMs in proper shape to serve customers is really pathetic and needs immediate action. This is second time in a span of 10 days I am experiencing such malfunction and wrong debit..This time I expect a compensation for such poor service like this which makes me mentally stressful and to see the hard earned money debited wrongly from my account..

Your immediate investigation and help in reversal and credit of this Rs 10000 back in my account..
