Eg ATM non reciept of cash Rs 4000 on dated 08-12

Sir

It is intimated that on 08-12 I used ATM ID NO. NA002801 of OBC Bank Sahnewal at 17:15 hrs to withdraw Rs 4000 But the transaction was declined by response code 072 i.e. "unable to process" and could not receive cash.

But I was surprised to check my S/B account NO:0298000100334835 that the said amount of Rs 4000 was debit to my account which I could not get due to transaction declined.

kindly check my account and give me the credit of Rs 4000- at the earliest to my above said account
