Atm se deduction

I am a serving soldier. i have a sallery account in pnb. on17-10 i have withdrawn 5, 000 from my account by atm card. but by any unknown mistake there is 30, 000 deducted from my account on the same day .there is 3 transacution of 10, 000 - 10, 000 was found deducted. I complaint for it to the bank & custemer care .so that the bank reward me 5000 only which I already drawn. I requested for it to the related office but in vain my contact no 09868709634 .
