PNB Seving A/c
A/c Debited without disburse cash by ATM while using ATM debit card for drawing cash

I was using the PNB ATM debit card at the pnb. ATM for withdrawing cash but could't withdraw cash because atm machine had been hanged & server was down in between using the machine.

When I came to home I saw the massage of pnb at my mobile that - my a/c has been debited by Rs. 4000/-

So lodge the complaint at pnb customer care they Registered my complaint & suggested for waiting 7 working days.

I waited 7 working days but my a/c was not refilled so gone to my pnb branch there's manager suggested to me for lodging the written complaint, I did that. There is not solution against my problem. Now problem is still being.

So please suggest me what should I do against it
