Insurance Bond not received

I am Himanshu Vashistha, i have bought two policies online:1. HDFC SLII and Tata AIG mahalife gold on 22 Oct 11 but till date i have not received any insurance bond and any further assistance from policy bazaar even after several follow up and registering a complain in your website.

Sir, please do something to resolve the issue as it is more than 04 months and date of ITR submission is impending.

kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.
