Non-payment of survival benefit due on 28/03

Sir,

Policy no. 330217559 on the life of sangeeta singh has been transferred to LIC of India kankarbagh branch in the year 2010 as informed by lic agent. My policy has matured on 28-03. I couldn't credit the SB due on 28-03, probably due to my transfer from kv hasdeo area Jhagrakhand, Surguja (MP) to kv bailey road patna.

Now when I asked for the SB amount of Rs 6250/-along with maturity amount and accrued bonuses and other dues, from LIC of India Kankarbagh patna, I was told that, since my policy was transferred in hence SB amount will be paid by LIC of India C-26-27 COMMTY CENTRE NEAR JANAK CINEMA JANAKPURI ROAD NEW DELHI, the branch from which I received the SB amount Rs 6250/- at kv hasdeo area Jhagrakhand.

Kindly help me to get the amount. I was not credited the maturity amount from LIC kankarbagh Branch Patna til date.
