Refuse to Accepting Policy

Dear Sir,

We have an ICICI Policy No. 10703714 as name Krunal K Raichura and Policy No. 10690107 as name Khyati K Raichura we have both policy since Dec and now we have to surrender both policy but they refuse to accept at time of policy they don't tell us that policy holder have to come personally at there branch, so we request to please help us in this matter
