Chalan issue

Dear sir,

i have a complaint against sbi ghazipur branch name-mishrabazar main bazar.sir i made a chalan from sbi

for UPSHIKSHAPARISHADBORD FOR teacher jobs in UP . I made a chalan on 27/12..this is chalan no jornal no or transcation no -008910847.but afterthat when i follow the next step where i had to enter the chalan no or jornal no or transaction no. and date of birth and candidate registration no -2100890590 for itawah

but there is no ve response..no data found..solve my problem as soon as possible..

plz sir consider on it
